Just got back from the UK DevMeet in the fabulous Hyde Park and it was SUPERFLIOUS! That means words like fabulous....
After walking for about 20 minutes (thank you satnav for instead of saying turn around and go back you silly billy, but saying ok go all the way around the lake. So instead of turning around and walking down one edge of a triangle, I walked around two edges) I found the massive group of deviants!
HOW BRILLIANT WERE THOSE LOVELY PEOPLES!
Even after my buddy Beth went home and I was sitting drawing by myself I never felt lonely. People constantly came up to me and said hi and I love your wig (rainbow wig = more friends) and just sat and chatted. It was very lovely. We ate rainbow cookies and laughed and played hide and seek and ninja and catch and all that stuff.I have to say, after MCM, this was one of the most brilliant experiences. I just love that sense of community and friendship!
